New ValidateTrackingLink API Introduction
ValidateTrackingLink API is newly created
We now support a dedicated API to validate the tracking links.
When the invalid tracking link is given, our CREATE or UPDATE APIs return the only single reason for the error regardless of how many errors it contains.
Meanwhile, the new Validate API shows all the details of why the link is invalid.
