Deprecation ad_group.audience.targeting_condition.allowed_location_codes, ad_group.audience.targeting_condition.blocked_location_codes, ad_group.audience.targeting_condition.allowed_location_codes[].location_codes, and ad_group.audience.targeting_condition.blocked_location_codes[].location_codes are deprecated. Use ad_group.audience.targeting_condition.allowed_location_set and ad_group.audience.targeting_condition.blocked_location_set instead. The fields will be removed after Oct 11th 2021.
